Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using saruvi.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Saruvi provides a platform for discovering and connecting with vendors for cultural celebrations. We facilitate the discovery process but do not provide the vendor services ourselves. Any agreement made between a user and a vendor is solely between those parties.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
  • Providing accurate and truthful information.
  • Conducting their own due diligence when hiring vendors.
  • Respecting the cultural nature of the platform.

Vendor Terms

Vendors who claim or create listings agree to provide accurate representation of their services. Saruvi reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our quality standards or cultural focus.

Limitation of Liability

Saruvi is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between users and vendors. We provide the platform infrastructure "as is" without guarantees of vendor performance.

Intellectual Property

The Saruvi name, logo, and original platform design are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

Vendor listings may include content such as logos, images, and business information that are the intellectual property of the respective vendors. This content is sourced from publicly available information and remains the property of the original owners. Vendors may request removal or modification of their content at any time.

Prohibited Use: AI Training & Data Scraping

You are expressly prohibited from using any content from Saruvi, including but not limited to vendor listings, business information, images, reviews, blog posts, and any other data available on this platform, for the following purposes:

  • Training artificial intelligence or machine learning models, including but not limited to large language models (LLMs), generative AI systems, recommendation engines, or any other automated learning systems.
  • Automated data collection, scraping, or harvesting of any kind, whether through bots, crawlers, spiders, or any other automated means.
  • Building or enhancing competing services, databases, or datasets using information obtained from Saruvi.
  • Feeding data to AI agents, assistants, or chatbots that provide vendor recommendations or event planning services.
  • Reselling, redistributing, or republishing Saruvi content in any form without explicit written permission.

This prohibition applies to all parties, including but not limited to individuals, companies, AI developers, data brokers, and any automated systems or agents acting on their behalf.

Legal Enforcement: Saruvi reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any party that violates these terms, including but not limited to claims for breach of contract, copyright infringement, misappropriation, and unfair competition. Violators may be held liable for actual damages, statutory damages, and attorney's fees.

Technical Measures: We actively monitor for unauthorized access and employ technical measures to detect and block AI crawlers and scrapers. Circumventing these measures constitutes a further violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Canada.
